Drama Classes
Fayetteville City Schools Drama Classes are designed to engage students in the performing arts and theater. Students will learn acting skills, work on building sets and making props, design costumes and makeup and more. The Drama Classes are created to involve students with theatre experience in grades K-12.
How do students benefit from participating in drama?
Drama builds confidence, develops creativity, improves verbal and non-verbal communication skills, develops empathy, develops concentration, and encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Students will have the opportunity in the 2024/2025 school year to participate in productions at Ralph Askins (grades 4 and 5), FMS/FHS combined production, along with other opportunities at each school throughout the year.
